DevClip Support

It goes to one person, and it is the fastest route for bugs and feature requests. Include your macOS version and DevClip's version (Settings → About). Please don't send clipboard contents.

Restoring Pro on a new Mac

Settings → Pro → Restore Purchase, signed into the same Apple Account that bought it. Pro is a one-time purchase, so there is nothing to renew.

The shortcut isn't working

Another app may already own ⌘⇧V. Rebind it in Settings → Shortcuts. DevClip's global shortcut needs no system permission, so an Accessibility prompt is not the cause.

Where DevClip keeps its data

~/Library/Containers/com.nuasa.devclip. To remove everything, quit DevClip and delete that folder — moving only the app to the Trash leaves its data behind.

Refunds

Handled by Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.

Privacy

What DevClip stores, what it encrypts and the one feature that uses the network are all set out in the privacy policy.
